The 39th CMAAO General Assembly was held in Kathmandu, Nepal, on December 12–13, 2025, in a hybrid format, with approximately 30 participants representing 11 medical associations. Originally scheduled for September, the General Assembly was postponed due to domestic circumstances and was partially held online on September 17.
Dr. Anil Bikram Karki, President of the Nepal Medical Association, assumed office as the 42nd President of CMAAO for the 2025–2026 term.
